From manipulative language to the art of self-deception, a social scientist uncovers the ancient origins of modern exploitation—and how we might outsmart our own worst instincts.
Michael. Thanks. I started this last night. Twenty pages in, its clearly an important book with implications for anyone interested in social change. A quibble, however. He casts the differences among the relevant scientists more starkly than they really are. Still, I'm going to learn a lot. Yet another example of a book I needed to read and probably wouldn't have found out about if it weren't for the Next Big Idea Club.
