There is so much to appreciate about this article - The big takeaway for me is the value of mindfully making different choices literally reprograms our brains towards more optimal ways of thinking. “To counteract known biases in the social relevance system, we can audit who is and isn’t part of our social networks and actively bring in new ideas through what we read, listen to, and spend time with. This expands our universe of choices, provides new and unexpected perspectives, and improves our ability to come up with creative solutions to problems.”

Can’t love this enough. You’ve given me a new book to read, thank you for a great article and bringing it to my attention.
