The overwhelming evidence in favor of the four day work week, presented here by economist Juliet Shor, fits squarely into my "scientific studies that support the life I want to live anyway" file.

What's not to love about these findings?!

I also love the poll results so far — what are our readers most likely to do with their spare time? Work on a creative project or hobby. This is a future I can get behind :)

Loved this post! The idea that progress comes from focused, consistent action (not endless hustle) really resonated.

It ties closely to something I’ve been thinking about in sales and business growth: shifting from a “funnel” mindset (where the goal is volume) to a “flywheel mindset” (where momentum builds over time through repeatable, compounding actions).
