Great point about separating risks from liability. Building on your point, I see this play out is the separation of planned obsolescence of products and climate impact. We separate this risk taking from liability. What if we made product companies responsible for disposing of the products they make? Would they make them more sustainable? Last longer? Sometimes, the impact of our decisions can be second or third order impacts. Can AI help us surface these impacts to better understand our true liability?
